I sometimes make unique figured cutting boards with choice hardwoods, they are hand-built and the materials I use are hand-selected by me. I also take the time to find lumber that can be re-purposed and reuse to keep it from landfills. It represents how I feel about not wasting what can still can serve a purpose.
